  • flour - 2.5 cups;
  • water - 1.5 cups;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • salt - half a teaspoon.

  1. Take half the water and boil. Allow to cool slightly and add to sifted flour. Stir quickly.
  2. Add eggs not from the refrigerator, lay out in advance and add the rest of the water at room temperature and a little salt. Mix well and knead the dough.
  3. Cover the dough and let it stand for half an hour. When the dough is infused, you can cook dumplings.
