  1. Soak the chickpeas in the water in the evening. In the morning, drain the water and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and beat until a rough dough is obtained.
  3. Form falafels from the resulting mass and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
