For festive events, my mother often prepares a wonderful snack dish: a delicious meat casserole with bacon. Mushroom casserole looks very impressive, has a rainbow color combination. In addition, it is unusually tasty, delicate and fragrant. Baked sweet Bulgarian pepper gives it a special fragrance; juicy mushrooms give juiciness, and tender minced meat adds satiety. - minced meat - 500 grams;
- bacon - 200 grams;
- hard cheese - 100 grams;
- eggs - 3 pieces;
- champignon mushrooms - 200 grams;
- sweet pepper "Bulgarian" - 1 piece;

- a pinch of salt;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Tasty meat casserole with bacon. Step by step recipe
- We put eggs for 10 minutes to cook: we need a hard-boiled degree of preparedness.
- Peeled onions peeled finely chopped into cubes and put passer in vegetable oil.
- The washed and peeled mushrooms are cut into thin plates.
- When the onion is a little gilded, pour the plate of mushrooms to it and fry until cooked.
- At the end of cooking, slightly add salt to the onion-mushroom mixture.
- Grate hard cheese on a grater with large holes. You can grind it with a blender.
- Pour cheese into minced meat, season with black pepper and salt. Seasonings can be used with the ones you like: for example, hops-suneli or dried basil.
- Tip. For the preparation of minced meat casseroles with bacon, you can use any kind of minced meat: for example, beef, pork or turkey.
- You can buy bacon already sliced in thin slices: or take a slice and chop it yourself.
- We spread the slices of bacon on a baking sheet or in a baking dish: for example, clay or foil. The mold should be small so that the slices of bacon can cover the bottom, form walls and hang from it.
- On top of the bacon we spread a third of the minced meat, press it a little, so that everything calms down tightly.
- On minced meat we put champignon mushrooms with onions.
- Sweet bell pepper (for beauty it is better to choose red color) we clear of seeds and cut into cubes.
- Now pepper should be put on top of the mushrooms and again rammed with a spoon.
- The next layer of meat casserole with mushrooms and egg is again minced.
- We put boiled and finely chopped eggs on it.
- Tip. Eggs can be cut into circles, and sweet pepper - in the form of straws.
- We close the eggs with minced meat.
- Over the lap we wrap the slices of bacon that dangled.
- Cover the casserole with foil and send to bake for about 60 minutes. The temperature should be high - 200 degrees Celsius.
- After an hour, remove the foil from the mushroom casserole with bacon and eggs, drain the excess liquid. And let the top be reddened.
- Tip. If you like a very juicy meat casserole, then you can not drain the juices. But then it will be worse cut.
- Ready baked casserole must be completely cooled: and after that you can cut and serve.
