The recipe for cutlets with semolina, which I suggest you cook today - the main and most uncomplicated, prepared carrot cutlets are simply fried in a pan.

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of boiled carrots;
  • 50 grams of sugar;
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs;
  • 100 milliliters of milk;
  • one tablespoon of semolina;
  • one tablespoon of flour;
  • one fresh chicken egg;
  • vanilla sugar - 10 grams;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Tasty carrot cutlets: like in childhood. Step by step recipe

  1. Boil carrots in advance, cool, peel and rub on a fine grater.
  2. Tip. Carrots can also be minced or minced in a blender.
  3. We transfer the grated carrots to the pan: since we will brew our dough.
  4. Pour milk into a pan with carrots, add sugar and put the pan on the stove.
  5. When the mixture begins to boil, add flour and semolina.
  6. Quickly mix, brew the dough to a thick state: 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
  7. Turn off the heat and add vanilla sugar to the pan.
  8. Let the dough cool slightly and drive in one fresh chicken egg. Mix.
  9. We form cutlets from warm dough.
  10. With the hands moistened in water, we divide the forcemeat into portioned pieces, put them on a board or on a work surface.
  11. We will breaded cutlets in breadcrumbs.
  12. Please note: if you have small crackers, do not add flour to them. If large, then mix with flour in equal proportions.
  13. Take a piece of minced carrot, bread in breadcrumbs, give shape. My cutlets are oval, with pointed tips. But this is not important: the shape of cutlets can be any.
  14. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, heat it, put the patties from carrots.
  15. Fry on both sides until golden brown, over medium heat.
