Very tasty fishcakes can be prepared from any fish - choose according to your taste. Delicate and juicy homemade fish patties are an excellent dish for a casual and festive table. Alaska pollock cutlets are a great alternative to meat cutlets: they are no less delicious, and besides this, they are also useful. Absolutely everyone likes delicious fish cakes, even children who don’t like fish eat them: after all, fish recipes according to this recipe do not even taste fish.

Ingredients:

  • one kilogram of fish (I have pollock);
  • 1-2 onion heads;
  • 2-3 chicken eggs;
  • 4 tablespoons of flour;
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt and black pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying cutlets.

Very tasty fish cakes. Step by step recipe

  1. Fresh fish (you can use any) is cleaned of bones, fins and cut into small cubes.
  2. Peel the onions, wash and chop as finely as possible.
  3. In a rather deep bowl we send the fish fillet, drive in fresh chicken eggs, spread the chopped onion.
  4. Pour flour to the rest of the ingredients (according to the recipe), add mayonnaise.

  6. Salt and pepper the mass to taste, mix thoroughly with a spoon until smooth.
  7. Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan, heat it well.
  8. In hot oil, spread the minced fish with a spoon, fry over medium heat on both sides until golden.
