For the Bolognese sauce:

  • 800 grams of meat (any);
  • 2 onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 500 grams of tomato sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons butter;
  • dried basil, ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

For Bechamel sauce:

  • 1 liter of milk;
  • 100 grams of wheat flour;
  • 100 grams of butter;
  • salt, black pepper, nutmeg - to taste.


  • 500 grams of hard cheese;
  • lasagna sheets.

Delicious lasagna. Step by step recipe

  1. For the Bolognese sauce we grind peeled and washed onions with carrots in a blender.
  2. The pulp of beef or pork is passed through a meat grinder.
  3. In a frying pan we heat the vegetable oil along with the butter, put the garlic, fry it.
  4. In a pan with garlic we send chopped onions and carrots.
  5. Fry vegetables until soft, stirring constantly.
  6. We shift the minced meat into the pan to vegetables, knead with a spatula, break the lumps. Fry until meat is ready.
  7. Pour in tomato sauce mixed with a spoon of tomato paste, add salt, black pepper, dried basil (all spices to taste). Mix thoroughly.
  8. We cover the pan with a lid, continue to simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes.
  9. At this time, prepare the Bechamel sauce. We put a pan with a thick bottom on the stove, put butter. As the butter melts, pour the flour and mix.
  10. Pour the milk gradually, immediately mix quickly. Bring the mass to a light boil. When the mass becomes thick and uniform, add black pepper, salt and nutmeg (to taste). After that, immediately remove the pan from the stove.
  11. We put a large pot of water on the fire (in it we will cook sheets of lasagna). Salt to taste and pour a little vegetable oil. Bring the water to a boil and begin to cook the sheets of lasagna. We put one sheet into the water, wait literally 2 minutes, get it, transfer it to a bowl of cold water. Then we immediately take it out of the water and put it on a clean waffle towel.
  12. We will collect lasagna in a baking dish (I have it 25 by 40 centimeters).
  13. Lubricate the bottom of the mold with Bechamel sauce, spread the sheets of lasagna on it with one layer.
  14. On the lasagna we spread the Bolognese sauce, on it - the Bechamel sauce.
  15. We cover everything with hard cheese grated on a coarse grater.
  16. Repeat the layers. If your lasagna sheets are larger in shape, trim around the edges.
  17. We spread the sheets of lasagna with the last layer, grease them with Bechamel sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese (by the way, I have parmesan).
  18. We send the form with lasagna to the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
