- cottage cheese - 500 grams;
- egg - 2 pieces;
- flour - 1 cup;
- butter - 3 tablespoons;
- sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- sour cream - 0.5 cups;
- a pinch of salt.

- Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve, add eggs, sugar and a tablespoon of melted butter, mix well.
- Pour flour into the resulting mass and knead the dough. If there is little flour, add at your discretion, it all depends on the fat content of the cottage cheese.
- Put the curd dough on a table sprinkled with flour and cut into equal parts.
- Then roll each part in the form of a thin sausage, flatten slightly, cut into small diamonds.
- Dip the dumplings in boiling water, and cook until they pop up.
- Put the cooked dumplings in a pan, pour sour cream and melted butter, bake in the oven until golden brown. This will take no more than 10-15 minutes.
- I put the pan on a small baking tray with water so that the dumplings are steamed and not burnt.
