Porridge is, of course, tasty and healthy, but the same thing quickly bothers. And so I found such a simple recipe for egg baskets! It turned out well, very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • thin pita bread - 1-2 pieces;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • hard cheese - 70 grams;
  • tomatoes - 1 piece;
  • sausage (sausage, sausage) - 100 grams;
  • spinach - 2-3 leaflets;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

  1. Let's start with making baskets. I baked in the form for portioned cupcakes, I carefully selected the size of the baskets.
  2. We take pita bread, cut it out using a mug-circle. With the first circle, check if it fits the shape in diameter. Cut the right amount. We put in the form. They must not break, otherwise the eggs will leak into shape. If you worry that the baskets stick, grease the mold with oil. I had a non-stick and I did not bother.
  3. Cut our sausage, tomato and spinach filling into small cubes. The filling can be varied. Put it in baskets. Lay on ½ form.
  4. Beat eggs, salt and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Add to eggs and mix well. If there is a lot of cheese, put less.
  5. Fill with egg mixture, slightly topping to the brim. Otherwise, the mixture in the oven will begin to spill over the edges.
  6. We heat the oven to 180 degrees. We put egg baskets in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. When a golden crust appears, take out and serve for breakfast.
