The dish tastes great, tender, airy and insanely tasty - it also cooks quickly and easily, without unnecessary difficulties. My homework is just thrilled with vegetable pancakes.   • cauliflower - 1 kilogram;
  • chickpea flour or flour from ordinary peas - 5 tablespoons;
  • salt to taste;
  • ground black pepper to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Fast cauliflower pancakes. Step by step recipe

  1. We will prepare the necessary ingredients for fritters: cauliflower needs to be cleaned of everything superfluous, washed and boiled for twenty or twenty-five minutes.
  2. In order for the cabbage to cook faster, I take it apart for inflorescences: then the cooking time decreases (ten or fifteen minutes).
  3. After the cauliflower has cooked, remove it from the pan, put it in a colander and allow excess water to drain.
  4. Using a fork, remember to crush the cabbage and let it cool to room temperature. You can chop the cabbage with a knife or using a blender: the mass should be granular.
  5. Add spices and flour to the cabbage, mix everything thoroughly. It turns out the mass, in consistency similar to the dough for ordinary fritters.
  6. Also, lovers of spices can add garlic, coriander, marjoram, basil, cumin, black or red ground pepper - all this goes well with cauliflower and makes the dish more flavorful.
  7. Using a tablespoon, form a fritters and fry in a pan with vegetable oil.
  8. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown, until cooked. I make the pancakes not very thin so that they do not fall apart.
  9. After all the pancakes are fried, put them on a paper towel to stack excess fat.
