Festive liver pate with vegetables

For the holiday, I even want to cook ordinary, familiar dishes in a new interpretation, add some zest, for example, liver pate can be diluted with tender vegetables. Today I want to share a recipe for an unusual chicken liver paste with vegetables. And almost all the ingredients we will bake, not boil. This will add a special aroma and taste to the holiday dish. Try it, really very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 400 grams;
  • eggplant - 1 piece;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 piece;
  • butter - 50 grams;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • vegetable oil - 5-6 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • unsweetened cracker for serving - 100-150 grams.

Festive liver pate with vegetables. Step by step recipe

  1. Grate the carrots on a fine grater and stew until cooked in vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons), you can add a little water.
  2. Cut peeled vegetables (pepper, onion) into 2-4 parts. Eggplants do not need to be cleaned, just cut off the stem and cut.
  3. Rinse the liver, remove the film.
  4. Put the liver, sweet pepper, eggplant, onion and peeled garlic in a baking dish, pour over vegetable oil, cover with foil.
  5. Put in the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue to bake.
  6. To separate the peel from the finished eggplant, you can also remove the thin, exfoliated peel of the pepper.
  7. Pass the warm liver and vegetables through a meat grinder, do not forget about stewed carrots.
  8. Add butter, salt, pepper. Beat with a blender until smooth and lush.
  9. Put the paste on the cracker or baguette with a pastry bag, decorate with greens.

We have a festive snack. The chicken paste was very tender, straight air. Baked vegetables and liver give a very interesting flavor combination. Cook unusual dishes with us on “I love to cook”! And be sure to try the chicken liver pate and an unusual paste of cheese and eggs!
