  • a glass of vegetable stock;
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil;
  • dill and parsley;
  • salt pepper.

  1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and boil it in salted water.
  2. We prepare a passion from chopped onions and carrots, chopped into strips.
  3. Finely chop the washed fish fillet, mix with boiled rice and sautéed, minced meat and salt and pepper.
  4. We wash the washed cabbage leaves with boiling water and cut the veins from them.
  5. Swaddle minced meat in processed cabbage leaves and put in a saucepan.

  1. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, chop the onion to half rings, and carrots to large straws.
  2. We mix passivated tomatoes, stevia, vinegar and vegetable oil - the dressing for the dish is ready.
  3. Place the fillet on a sheet of foil, cover it with chopped vegetables and season with sauce.
  4. Bake in foil at a temperature of 200 degrees 30 minutes.
  5. Serve as a main course to the table.

  • 1 kg of fish fillet;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 10 cherry tomatoes;
  • 3 small cucumbers;
  • 10 grams of freshly grated ginger;
  • 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic;
  • 3 tbsp. L. Balsamic vinegar;
  • 2/3 tsp ground leaves of stevia;
  • a bunch of fresh mint;
  • juice of half a lemon;
  • salt pepper.

  1. Cut the fish fillet into small pieces, add salt and season with ginger.
  2. We mix vinegar with stevia leaves and fill the resulting marinade with fillet, marinate for 3 hours
  3. Grind carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes, add chopped mint and lemon juice to them. Mix.
  4. Bake marinated fillet in foil for 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
  5. Serve to the table on a platter with prepared vegetables.
