Fritters with semolina

I love experiments in the kitchen, and pancakes with semolina is one of the most successful experiments. Once I thought about baking pancakes, I rushed, but there was no flour, so I realized such a recipe on the go. Surprisingly, pancakes with semolina turned out to be so delicious that now all the relatives are asking that only such be baked!

Ingredients:

  • semolina porridge - 500 grams;
  • egg - 4 pieces;
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt;
  • cooking oil for frying.

  1. Boil the semolina until cooked.
  2. Separate the whites from the yolks.
  3. When the semolina has cooled, carefully introduce one yolk into it, add salt and sugar, mix well.
  4. Beat the whites, add to the semolina and mix.
  5. We spread a spoon of dough on a hot pan with vegetable oil.
  6. Fry fritters on both sides until golden brown.
