  • vegetable oil.

  • 1 bell pepper;

  1. To begin, we transfer the minced meat to a convenient dish, salt, pepper and add one egg. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. If you make mincemeat through a meat grinder, then immediately add onions.
  3. Prepare the rice: it needs to be washed well.
  4. In a small pan you need to boil two glasses of water, pour the washed rice into it and bring to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for twenty minutes.
  5. Next, we transfer the rice from the pan to a colander, actively shake and add to the minced meat. All ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  6. Wash white cabbage and cut into small cubes. Pour the chopped cabbage into a saucepan and pour hot water, bring to a boil and cook for four minutes.
  7. Pour boiled cabbage, like rice, into a colander, actively shake and add to the stuffing. All products are thoroughly kneaded again.
  8. Prepare the onion. One onion must be peeled, finely chopped and added to the minced meat, all very well mixed.
  9. If you like spices, you can add your favorites. I like to use marjoram, cumin, garlic, red pepper, coriander and oregano. You can add one kind of spices, or you can mix a little. Also, if you like greens (parsley, dill), then you can add them to your taste.
  10. We proceed to the formation of lazy cabbage rolls. We take a small amount of minced meat, give the shape of cutlets and roll them in flour. Thus we form the whole stuffing.
  11. Pour vegetable oil onto a hot pan and fry the minced meat formed in the form of cutlets on both sides: until rosy.
  12. We proceed to the preparation of the sauce. Peppers are washed, peeled and finely chopped. Wash carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater. Peel one onion and finely chop it.
  13. Sliced ​​vegetables need to be fried in vegetable oil remaining in the pan. You need to fry them for five to six minutes over medium heat. We add sour cream, half a glass of water, one tablespoon of flour to the fried vegetables, mix everything and simmer all the ingredients for another five to six minutes.
  14. Stuffed cabbage is put in a baking dish, previously lubricated with vegetable oil. All cabbage rolls covered with sauce.
