Today we will prepare pancakes for the future - it's fast, tasty and convenient. The dish is quick, it always helps out if there is absolutely no time to cook dinner. Of course, I have no doubt that almost every housewife cooks pancakes from minced meat, and if not, such a recipe will always come in handy. Indeed, you must admit that it is really very simple and tasty. Such pancakes can be made not only from meat, but also from chicken, with the addition of mayonnaise and starch. Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 500 grams;
  • chicken egg - 1 piece;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons;
  • ground black pepper - 1 pinch;
  • salt - on the tip of a teaspoon;
  • starch - 1 tablespoon with a slide;
  • chopped parsley - 1 tablespoon;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

  1. Today we will cook meat pancakes from chicken. But for this recipe, both pork and beef are suitable. Wash and clean chicken meat from films and veins of fat. Next, with a sharp knife we ​​cut the fillet into several parts. And then we cut each part individually into small pieces, straws or strips. Whoever you like.
  2. Chicken meat was cut. Now we just put it in any container, preferably with a lid, because we are preparing it for the future.
  3. Take one chicken egg and break it into a bowl. As before, I recommend raw eggs to be washed well before use to remove all dirt from it.
  4. Add mayonnaise to the egg. It can be replaced with sour cream, but the taste of this dish will change quite. Therefore, it is best to take mayonnaise for chopped pancakes.
  5. Add black ground pepper and slightly beat with a fork.
  6. Add a little salt, but do not overdo it, because there is already salt in mayonnaise.
  7. Add starch, take a tablespoon and mix the resulting dressing. For 500 grams of meat, from 1 to 3 servings of dressing are most often done, all to your taste. One is enough for me.
  8. Combine meat and mayonnaise dressing, mix everything.
  9. If desired, finely chopped vegetables or greens, such as parsley, can be added to such pancakes. Once again, mix everything well with a spoon. Meat should be fully coated.
  10. Cover the meat with a lid and put it in the refrigerator. You can store it in this form for up to seven days, but, as a rule, after 2-3 days I use it.
  11. When the time comes to cook the meat pancakes, we take the workpiece from the refrigerator, mix and spread it with a spoon in a pan, with hot vegetable oil. Fry fritters from two sides until golden brown.
