Holiday fish

I found out this festive fish recipe recently, I really liked it, and I would like to share it with you. Stuffed salmon is truly something extraordinarily delicious. My whole family was just thrilled with this dish. In addition, this dish is prepared very quickly and simply.

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 1 piece;
  • lemon - 1 piece;
  • honey - 1 teaspoon;
  • soybeans - 1 tablespoon;
  • shrimp - 250 grams;
  • bell pepper - 2 pieces;
  • shallots - 2 pieces;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • tomato - 1 piece;
  • olive oil - for frying;
  • cream 20% - 150 milligrams;
  • greens - half a bunch;

Festive fish. Step by step recipe

  1. Prepare the fish; we clean from scales, we remove bones, a ridge, we cut off the head, fins and tail.
  2. We make small cuts on the skin of the fish.
  3. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and mix with honey and soy.
  4. Lubricate the fish layers with the finished sauce.
  5. Cut onions, peppers and tomatoes into small cubes.
  6. Squeeze the garlic through the garlic press.
  7. Shrimp clean, cut in half.
  8. Onion, pepper and fry for 5 minutes on a preheated frying pan.
  9. Add tomato, cream and shrimp. Stew for 3 minutes. When our filling has cooled, add chopped herbs and garlic.
  10. We mix everything.
  11. We spread the first layer of fish on a baking sheet, put the filling on top and cover with a second layer of fish.
  12. If desired, the fish can be tied with a thread.
  13. We cook the fish in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 degrees 30 minutes.
