I found a video recipe for a pancake cake on the Internet - and fell in love at first sight (and, as it turned out, was not mistaken).
- 400 milliliters of milk;
- 120 grams of sour cream (any fat content);
- 3 eggs;
- 1 cup flour;
- 2 tablespoons of flour;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0.3 teaspoon of salt;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of vanillin.

- a glass of cold cream (fat content from 33%);
- 8 grams of gelatin;
- 50 milliliters of water;
- 2 oranges;

- Pour milk into a deep bowl and add sour cream (just such a combination of dairy products makes pancake cake tasty and rich).
- We drive in the eggs, mix with a whisk. Add salt, sugar (to taste).
- eat sifted flour (1 cup and 2 tablespoons - in such a proportion), baking powder. Add vanillin to taste and beat with a blender. The dough should be a homogeneous consistency, without lumps.
- At the end, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

- In a separate bowl, whip the cream, gradually adding sugar to them.
- Put the finished cream in a curd cream and mix until smooth. Sent for 30 minutes in the refrigerator - to thicken.
