  3. Now you need to mix the minced meat, the soaked loaf, squeezed from the liquid, the egg, grated onions and spices to taste. Mix well.
  4. Moisten hands with water and form cutlets from ready-made minced meat, breading them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Ready-made cutlets are fried in a heated skillet in vegetable oil until fully cooked.
