- Now you need to mix the minced meat, the soaked loaf, squeezed from the liquid, the egg, grated onions and spices to taste. Mix well.
- Moisten hands with water and form cutlets from ready-made minced meat, breading them in breadcrumbs.
- Ready-made cutlets are fried in a heated skillet in vegetable oil until fully cooked.
