  1. We take the standard filling for dumplings. Minced meat with onions and spices to taste. According to the recipe, you can add black and red ground pepper, but I add only black. But I take a little more onion than prescribed, it seems to me tastier. Due to the amount of onion, the minced meat is more juicy.
  2. We take a container where we will knead the dough. I took a small, deep plastic bowl. I pour water and milk at room temperature there, add a little salt. The recipe says that the proportions of water and milk can be changed independently. Then add the flour in small quantities and knead the dough. The flour recipe gives 500 grams, but it took me less.
  3. Take a plastic wrap and wrap the dough. We leave the dough for dumplings for half an hour. If there is no cling film on hand, then you can use a small bag.
  4. Dumplings can be sculpted both manually and with the help of dumplings. The priority of the dumplings is that all the dumplings will be the same shape and you can do a lot right away. It saves you time. In order to sculpt manually, you need to roll out part of the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles with a convenient recess and spread the forcemeat in the center. Connect the edges of the circle and pinch. I really like the cooking process itself, so I always do it manually.
  5. Boil in salted water until cooked. I like it if you add bay leaves or peas of black pepper to the water. But this also needs to be done in moderation.
