  1. For cooking chicken we take only ripe kiwi, green and hard are not suitable for our dish. Peel the kiwi, cut them into small cubes and lower them into the blender bowl.
  2. Beat kiwi in mashed potatoes so that there are no pieces.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the whipped kiwi puree. You can choose any oil: olive or sunflower, the main thing is that it be refined. Unrefined vegetable oil is not suitable for this dish, as it will cover all other aromas with its taste.
  4. Following the vegetable oil, add dry paprika powder to the blender bowl. Then salt and dried garlic. Paprika and dried garlic can be bought at any supermarket or in the market, in the spice department.
  5. Once again, mix everything with a blender.
  6. Wash my chicken thighs, dry them with a paper towel or a towel to remove excess moisture, and remove the skin from them. The pieces of chicken prepared in this way are transferred to a deep bowl and pour in the marinade. In fact, in this marinade you can cook any meat: pork, lamb, veal, beef. If you want, you can even marinate a rabbit.
  7. Mix the meat thoroughly with the marinade so that it covers the chicken pieces well and leave for two hours. If you take, for example, lamb or beef, then the time for pickling meat should be at least 5-6 hours. The stiffer the meat, the longer it must be marinated before baking.
  8. After two hours, we take a deep refractory form and lay the chicken pieces in one layer in it. Top with the remaining kiwi marinade.
  9. We take a baking sleeve, carefully insert the chicken shape into it and tie its edges on both sides.
  10. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put the chicken in it for baking. Be sure to place the shape in the sleeve on a baking sheet, and only then can it be put in the oven. The baking sheet should be cold, it does not need to be preheated.
  11. After 50 minutes, the chicken will be ready. We take it out of the oven and let it stand on the table without opening the baking sleeve for 15 minutes. If you didn’t take chicken, but other types of meat, then the cooking time in the oven should be increased. Also, meat can be baked on the coals of a bonfire, in the form of a barbecue.

Serve the chicken in the marinade. Anything can be served on the side dish: vegetables, potatoes or pasta.
