Juicy Cutlets

  • chicken meat - 1 kilogram;
  • processed cheese - 3 pieces;
  • a small bunch of green onions;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  1. Wash and dry chicken meat thoroughly on a paper towel.
  2. Grind with a meat grinder along with melted cheese, garlic and onions. Shuffle.
  3. Add the sour cream and egg to the resulting minced meat, mix.
  4. Wet small patties with wet hands, roll them in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
