Meat balls are a dish that will decorate any holiday table. He just licks his taste. When I decorate my holiday table with them, the balls fly apart with a bang. Try it and you will love it.

- You can cook meat balls from any mincemeat. We will cook from mixed, as it turns out more juicy.
- To begin with, add minced salt and pepper to taste, also add a mixture of Provencal herbs.
- We clean the onion, chop the small cubes.
- Mushrooms are also cut into small pieces and fry together with onions in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Salt, pepper to taste.
- Then add to the minced meat with chopped herbs.
- Cut the dough into thin strips.
- From the minced meat we form a gingerbread man and wrap it with a strip of dough like a ball.
- Grease the egg on top and send to the oven for 45 minutes.
- Cook at a temperature of 190 degrees.
