  • mushrooms - 300 grams;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • yeast puff pastry - 500 grams;
  • egg - 1 piece;
  • a mixture of Provencal herbs - to taste;
  • greens - half a bunch.

  1. You can cook meat balls from any mincemeat. We will cook from mixed, as it turns out more juicy.
  2. To begin with, add minced salt and pepper to taste, also add a mixture of Provencal herbs.
  3. We clean the onion, chop the small cubes.
  4. Mushrooms are also cut into small pieces and fry together with onions in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Salt, pepper to taste.
  5. Then add to the minced meat with chopped herbs.
  6. Cut the dough into thin strips.
  7. From the minced meat we form a gingerbread man and wrap it with a strip of dough like a ball.
  8. Grease the egg on top and send to the oven for 45 minutes.
  9. Cook at a temperature of 190 degrees.
