Meat in the oven

Dear friends, I want to share with you and “I love to cook” a recipe for delicious baked meat in the oven. According to this recipe, pork is very tender and juicy. Ingredients:

  • pork - 2.5 kilograms;
  • mustard - 2 tablespoons;
  • lemon juice - 3 tablespoons;
  • salt to taste;
  • liquid smoke - 50 grams;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • chili pepper - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - 70 milliliters;
  • basil - half a teaspoon.

  1. Pork neck is best, as the meat in this part is not lean, which will give our dish an extra juiciness and taste.
  2. First, the meat needs to be washed well.
  3. Cut off unwanted films.
  4. Garnish the garlic with a knife and cut into 4 parts.
  5. My carrots, cut into large pieces.
  6. Using a knife, we make indentations in the meat and insert garlic and carrots there.
  7. Place evenly so that in each part of the meat there are carrots and garlic.
  8. Rub the meat with salt. Leave for 30 minutes.
  9. Then grease the meat abundantly with liquid smoke.
  10. Chilli chopped very finely.
  11. In a separate plate, mix mustard, lemon juice, chili pepper, basil.
  12. The resulting mixture rub our meat.
  13. Cover the meat with a film and leave it in the refrigerator for the night.
  14. We bake the meat for an hour, after which we take out and grease with a mixture of mustard and lemon.
  15. Sent to the oven for another 1 hour.
  16. Bake at 180 degrees.
