Meat is homemade yummy. I want to share with you a recipe for a delicious meat nut, which I use for slicing, on sandwiches and in salads. It cooks quickly using a slow cooker, and the taste is superior to any store sausage.


  • pork neck - 800 grams;
  • salt - 1 teaspoon;
  • spices for 1 teaspoon - dry adjika, paprika, garlic and seasoning for meat.

  1. Marinate the meat in spices for at least a few hours or overnight.
  2. Take a bandage with a mesh, which can be purchased at a pharmacy, we use it in the kitchen, and wrap the meat, transferring it well.
  3. Then put in a baking sleeve or in several.
  4. Put the meat in the sleeve in a slow cooker and pour boiling water so that it is covered and turn on the “stewing” function for 90-120 minutes. Look at the volume of the piece itself.
  5. Remove the finished meat from the multicooker and without tearing, allow it to cool and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.

So simple. You can make delicious sandwiches. And on a note, if you do not have a slow cooker, you can cook in a saucepan on a very low fire, but it will take half an hour more time.
