Meat zrazy with omelet

I propose to cook delicious meat zrazy with omelet in the oven. Zrazy are tender and juicy. Ingredients:

  • 300 grams of minced pork;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 tablespoons of milk;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • greenery;
  • 1 tomato.

Meat zrazy with omelet. Step by step recipe

  1. First, make an omelet so that it can cool. Drive two eggs into a separate bowl, pour two tablespoons of milk, add salt, pepper to taste and beat until smooth.
  2. Wash greens (parsley, dill: take to your taste) and chop finely, add to a bowl with milk and eggs, mix well.
  3. Wash half of the fresh tomato, cut into a small cube and add to a homogeneous mixture of eggs, milk and herbs: mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Grease the pan with vegetable oil, pour the omelette, spread evenly over the entire surface of the pan using a spoon, cover and leave to fry over a small fire. Don’t mix the omelette: it must be fried and round. When the omelet is fried, allow it to cool.
  5. We proceed to the preparation of minced meat. Peel a small onion, wash and cut with a knife or grate on a coarse grater. Add chopped onion to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
  6. Drive one egg into the mixed onion and minced meat, add salt, pepper or spices to taste, mix everything well.
  7. Cut the cooled round omelet into small strips.
  8. We take a baking dish and grease it with vegetable or olive oil.
  9. We make a tortilla out of minced meat, turn a strip of omelette into a roll, put it on a tortilla and form a patty, trying to completely cover the omelette roll with minced meat (so that the stuffing does not stick to your hands, grease them with water).
  10. Formed cutlets are put into shape and put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about an hour (baking time depends on the oven and the size of the zraz).

Ready-made meat zrazy with omelet can be served with light vegetable salads, your favorite side dishes or just fresh vegetables.
