  • pork neck - 1.5 kilograms;

  • garlic - 1 head;
  • salt, seasoning to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 100 milliliters;

  • corn - 3 tablespoons.

  1. Pass the garlic through the garlic press. Cheese cut into thick strips.
  2. Wash the meat, cut in half, not cutting to the end, beat off on both sides, add salt and pepper, grease with garlic.
  3. Put in a cool place to marinate for two hours.
