  • veal - 0.5 kilograms;
  • eggs - 5 pieces;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • parsley - 1 bunch;
  • milk - 100 grams;
  • white bread - 100 grams;
  • cooking oil for frying;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

  1. Boil and clean four eggs.
  2. Cut the breast and onion into small cubes and fry in a small amount of oil.
  3. Pork and veal through a meat grinder. Soak the bread in milk, squeeze and also pass through a meat grinder. Add the fried brisket with onion to the minced meat, drive in one egg. Salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Cover the baking dish with foil and put half the minced meat. Put the boiled eggs in the length of the mold and cover with the rest of the minced meat. Cover the top with foil.
  5. Set the oven 180 degrees. Bake roll for 40 minutes. Open the foil for a golden crust 10 minutes before the end.
