  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 slices of white bread soaked in milk;

  1. To prepare the minced meat, we take the chicken fillet, onion and white bread, which must be squeezed before that. We turn everything through a meat grinder.
  2. Add salt and pepper, as well as mushrooms, to the resulting minced meat. You can add whatever you want - bell pepper, cheese or prunes, or you can add nothing.
  3. Stir the minced meat, beat it off properly, close the lid and leave it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
  4. We cut our skin into shreds, form our sausages from the minced meat, spread it and wrap it.
  5. Lubricate the baking sheet with oil, pour crackers into it and spread our chicken sausages.
  6. For a golden brown crust, you can grease the sausages with sour cream or mayonnaise.
  7. Bake sausages in the oven, heated to 180-200 ° C, about 30 minutes until cooked.
