  • 500 ml fat cream
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
  • 7 tablespoons of cooled boiled water
  • 1 tablespoon of gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa

  1. Pour 350 ml of cream into another saucepan, add two tablespoons of sugar, three tablespoons of vanilla sugar
  2. Pour 7 tablespoons of boiled cooled water into a separate cup, add 1 tablespoon of gelatin and leave for 10 minutes to swell the gelatin
  3. We put the saucepan with cream on a slow fire and heat with constant stirring until the sugar dissolves. Then remove the pan from the heat and let the cream cool at room temperature
  4. A cup with swollen gelatin is placed in a container with boiling water and mix the gelatin until it dissolves
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of cooled cream to gelatin, mix
  6. Then pour ⅔ gelatin into a saucepan with cream, mix
  7. Pour the resulting solution into glasses and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  8. Pour the remaining 150 ml of cream into the pan, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mix thoroughly with a blender or manually so that there are no lumps. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar
  9. We put the pan on the fire, heat until sugar dissolves, remove the pan from the stove
  10. Pour the remaining gelatin into the cooled cream with cocoa, mix well
  11. Pour the resulting solution into glasses with frozen cream, which we previously sent to the refrigerator, again put in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Currant fruit drink
