Ingredients:
For pancakes:
- flour - 4-5 tablespoons;
- milk - 0.5 liters;
- an egg - 2-3 pieces;
- starch - 1 tablespoon;
- salt, sugar to taste;
- sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon.
Filling:
- chicken breast - 1 piece;
- sour cream - 150 grams;
- cheese - 200 grams;
- mushrooms and cooking oil;
- greens to taste.

- Bake the pancakes. Prepare the dough and, carefully distributing it in a pan, fry thin pancakes. For the pie we need 12-15 pancakes.
- For the filling, fry the chicken breast in butter, chop finely and mix with sour cream, salt and pepper.
- Cut mushrooms and fry with onions.
- Lubricate the cake in which the cake is to be baked.
- Place pancakes at the bottom of the mold, the edges of which should hang down. This usually takes 3-4 pancakes.
- And we begin to lay out in layers, alternating a layer of chicken, a layer of mushrooms with chopped herbs. Sprinkle a layer of chicken with grated cheese. It should turn out 5-6 layers.
- The final touch is to raise the edges of the pancakes that hang down and close the cake with them. Put a little oil and sour cream in the middle.
- Heat the oven to 180 ° C, bake the pie there for 15-20 minutes.
- Then cover the cake with the dish on which the cake will be served, carefully remove it.
