  • sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon.

Filling:

  • chicken breast - 1 piece;
  • sour cream - 150 grams;
  • cheese - 200 grams;
  • mushrooms and cooking oil;
  • greens to taste.

  1. Bake the pancakes. Prepare the dough and, carefully distributing it in a pan, fry thin pancakes. For the pie we need 12-15 pancakes.
  2. For the filling, fry the chicken breast in butter, chop finely and mix with sour cream, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut mushrooms and fry with onions.
  4. Lubricate the cake in which the cake is to be baked.
  5. Place pancakes at the bottom of the mold, the edges of which should hang down. This usually takes 3-4 pancakes.
