Pancakes with pumpkin

  • starch - 4 tablespoons;
  • butter - 40 grams;

  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt - a quarter of a teaspoon.

Pancakes with pumpkin. Step by step recipe

  1. Beat eggs, add a pinch of salt. Then pour in kefir and add soda, vegetable oil.
  2. Peel and grate the pumpkin, add to the mass of kefir and eggs.
  3. Slowly add starch and flour, mix everything until smooth. Let it stand for 10-15 minutes, the dough will become more elastic and the finished pancakes will not break when turned over.
  4. Heat the pan well and grease it, bake pancakes on both sides until the pancakes turn golden-orange.
  5. Stack pancakes one on one, shifting them with butter.
