Pangasius fillet (marine) 600 g
Onion 2 pcs
Potatoes 4 things
Sour cream (mayonnaise) 2 tbsp. l
Hard cheese 100-150 g

Step by step cooking pangasius fillet with potatoes in the oven with photo

  1. Cut onions into thin half rings.
  2. Cut the pangasius fillet into slices.
  3. Peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Necessarily thin, otherwise it may not have time to bake.
  4. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put onions in the first layer.
  5. Top with chopped fillet of sea fish on top of the onion. Salt and pepper the fish.
