You can serve such a delicious pate of lard both for main dishes and as an appetizer. The men in my family just eat all croutons with a paste of fat. It is also a tasty and satisfying snack. You can take the garlic to taste, if you like it sharper - take more than the prescription. Paste from bacon from "I like to cook" - just a champion in terms of cooking speed.


  • lard - 1 kilogram;
  • garlic - 1 head;
  • salt, pepper to taste.

  1. Rinse lard with cold water, dry and cut the skin. Cut into pieces and skip in a meat grinder.
  2. Peel and skip the garlic along with lard.
  3. Salted garlic and pepper to taste. Mix well. If you took the salted salty, then you only need to rinse - you do not need to salt, the lard will be salty in moderation.
  4. Put the prepared paste in the jars and close the lid. Keep refrigerated.
