Potato and Cheese Meat

  1. Wash the chicken fillet well and cut into medium pieces. It is not necessary to chop very finely so that during stewing the meat retains its juices.
  2. Then put the frying pan on medium heat and fry our meat in vegetable oil so that it browns a little.
  3. I grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Dice the onion. I like it when a lot of onions, so I take more than what is indicated in the recipe.
  5. I take the mushrooms that are, it can be either fresh or frozen. Cut into slices and fry a little with onions.
  6. Boil the potato beforehand. I cut potatoes into rings, and you can cut as you like, for example, into slices.
  7. Then we take the pots and begin to fill them: half the potatoes, meat, the second part of the potatoes, sour cream, mushrooms with onions and grated cheese. Add salt to taste, I also like to sprinkle with a little black pepper. Then it’s also very tasty.
  8. We send potatoes with meat and tender cheese in pots to the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
