Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 4 pieces;
  • one chicken breast;
  • mushrooms - 250 grams;
  • one small onion;
  • two chicken eggs;

  • salt.

  1. For the filling: boil one chicken breast in salted water until the meat is ready (I took a small breast, added a bay leaf to the water during boiling). In time it takes me about 20-25 minutes, it all depends on how big the breast is.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into plates (mushrooms should not be cut very finely, because during baking they will lose their taste)
  3. Peel the onion and cut into small squares (if you have a large onion, then half will be enough).
  4. Put a frying pan with vegetable oil on the stove. When the pan warms up well, put the chopped onion in it and fry a little.
  5. And then put the prepared mushrooms in a pan to the onion, add salt, black pepper and fry.
  6. Cool boiled chicken and cut into strips.
  7. Shake chicken eggs with a fork: or you can whisk.
  8. Combine meat with fried mushrooms in one bowl, pour in beaten eggs. Mix well.
  9. Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into rings (for such a dish, it is best to use long potatoes).
  10. For baking potato roses, we need a muffin mold.
  11. And we begin to collect each rose in the following order: put the potato ring in the cupcake tins on the bottom, then put the potatoes inside throughout the tin (lap ring over the ring), put the prepared filling in the middle of each rose and put a piece of cream cheese on top of the filling, covering it with potato rings. Salt to taste.
  12. We send the form to the oven for 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (see the baking time in your oven - you may need less or a little more time).
