Quick pancakes

Pancakes are my passion, weakness and temptation. Cooking them is a pleasure. Pancakes for me are not a monotonous dish, in my collection there are many proven recipes, and this is one of them. Quick pancakes are truly delicate pancakes, thin, light and indecently delicious. Add this recipe to your piggy bank, you will not regret it.

Ingredients:

  • water - 3 glasses;
  • flour - 500 grams;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • citric acid, soda, 0.5 teaspoon salt.

Quick pancakes. The recipe for the steps:

  1. Mix the eggs with two glasses of warm water.
  2. Separate citric acid separately in the third glass.
  3. Add salt, sugar and soda, then pour in the flour and mix well with a whisk to make the dough without lumps.
  4. Pour a glass of warm water with citric acid into the dough, stir and bake pancakes immediately, the dough does not need to stand.
  5. Fry on both sides.

In quick pancakes, wrap the filling deliciously, they are ideal for this. Enjoy your meal!

We offer you another recipe for quick, and most importantly, delicious pancakes. His secret is that he will be on the water. This is very convenient when there is no milk or kefir at hand. I used to do in milk, but it doesn’t always happen. A neighbor said to try on the water. I never thought that water can be tastier than milk. The husband is also hooked on these pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • Water (a little hot and cold)
  • Sugar to taste
  • salt to taste
  • soda a little less than a teaspoon
  • flour depending on the thickness of the pancakes
  • 2 eggs
  • vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons

Quick pancakes number 2. The recipe for the steps:

  1. In a small amount of 300 grams of hot water, dilute sugar and salt to taste. Stir.
  2. Then we add as much cold water as we want pancakes and pour the flour, mix everything. If you like thin pancakes, then pour less flour, if thick - add more flour. Stir.
  3. Then we introduce 2 eggs, soda and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick. Soda can be kept in hot water, in this case I did not.
  4. And pour into the pan. The pan should be well heated. Pancakes are fried on both sides, they are easily removed and turned over with butter in the dough itself and a little completely grease the pan.
