Quick snacks. Step by step recipe

Cheese appetizer.

  1. In a deep bowl, rub two cream cheese on the finest grater.
  2. Peel and squeeze through a press one clove of garlic. If you like sharpened cheese appetizer, then feel free to add two cloves of garlic.
  3. Then add one full tablespoon of mayonnaise to the bowl and carefully knead everything until smooth.
  4. Tip: do not add too much mayonnaise, as the snack should keep its shape, and not spread.
  5. Gently spread the cheese mass on the creeps.
  6. Tip: Creeps can easily be replaced with any homemade crackers or toasts. To do this, fry on both sides thin slices of white wheat bread (loaf) in a pan or in a toaster - until a golden crisp is formed.
  7. We decorate our cheese snack with parsley leaves and put it on a beautiful dish.
  8. As you can see, very little time has passed, and a wonderful cheese snack is already on the table.

Fish appetizer.

  1. For cooking this simple cold snack, I like to use slices of rye bread, but giving them a triangular shape. Small appetizing triangles immediately attract the eyes of guests, and a fish snack disappears in a matter of minutes.
  2. Peel the boiled chicken egg, put it in a shallow bowl and knead it very well with a fork until gruel is formed.
  3. Put two pieces of canned sardine in the same bowl and knead well with a fork.
  4. Add one tablespoon of mayonnaise and mix well with a fork until smooth.
  5. Finely chop the feathers of green onions.
  6. Carefully apply the resulting fish mass on rye triangles with a thick layer. Leveling.
  7. Top with chopped green onions.
  8. We shift the fish appetizer to the festive dish and serve it to the table.
