Stew with Beans and Vegetables

  • meat - 300 grams;
  • beans - 1 cup;
  • carrots - 1 piece;

  • tomato juice - 300 grams;
  • water - 1 liter;
  • dill, parsley, spices to taste.

  1. Soak beans in cold water overnight.
  2. Boil the beans over low heat. Cook for 40 minutes in salted water.
  3. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in sunflower oil for 15 minutes.
  4. Also separately fry vegetables lightly, add beans, simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Add meat to vegetables, fill with water, add tomato juice and put herbs and spices to taste. Stew on low heat until tender.
