Stroganina in alma-ata

Almana-style stroganina is very tasty. I advise everyone who loves salt fish to cook. But, of course, this is not just a salted fish, but a fish cut into large pieces and pickled in a bite and salt. Ideally, such fish should be pickled for 20 minutes, but for those who are afraid, I can safely say that you can leave it for a day, the taste will not go bad.

Ingredients:

  • fresh but frozen fish weighing 1.5-2 kilograms;
  • onions - 100 grams;
  • garlic - 2 heads;
  • apple cider vinegar (6%) - 0.5 cups;
  • red hot pepper;
  • salt and bay leaf to taste.

Stroganina in Alma-Ata. Step by step recipe

  1. Peel the fish, separate the fillet and cut it, as if cutting it into pieces. You can do this directly from the fish, without separating the fillet, as you wish.
  2. Stir fish with vinegar in a deep bowl. Then add the onion, chopped into thin half rings, chopped garlic and a little salt, pepper and mix again.
  3. Leave the fish under oppression in a sealed container for 20 minutes, then serve. To make sure that the fish is well marinated, leave it for a day, and only after a day serve on the table.

Stroganina in Alma-Ata is not just tasty, it is real poetry of taste.

"I love to cook" wishes you bon appetit!
