Stroganina in alma-ata
06-01-2019
Main course
Almana-style stroganina is very tasty. I advise everyone who loves salt fish to cook. But, of course, this is not just a salted fish, but a fish cut into large pieces and pickled in a bite and salt. Ideally, such fish should be pickled for 20 minutes, but for those who are afraid, I can safely say that you can leave it for a day, the taste will not go bad.
Ingredients:
- fresh but frozen fish weighing 1.5-2 kilograms;
- onions - 100 grams;
- garlic - 2 heads;
- apple cider vinegar (6%) - 0.5 cups;
- red hot pepper;
- salt and bay leaf to taste.
Stroganina in Alma-Ata. Step by step recipe
- Peel the fish, separate the fillet and cut it, as if cutting it into pieces. You can do this directly from the fish, without separating the fillet, as you wish.
- Stir fish with vinegar in a deep bowl. Then add the onion, chopped into thin half rings, chopped garlic and a little salt, pepper and mix again.
- Leave the fish under oppression in a sealed container for 20 minutes, then serve. To make sure that the fish is well marinated, leave it for a day, and only after a day serve on the table.
Stroganina in Alma-Ata is not just tasty, it is real poetry of taste.
"I love to cook" wishes you bon appetit!
