Fat lovers, rejoice: today we will prepare delicious fat in a bag. Having tried this recipe for boiled bacon, you will never want to eat anything else. And you know why? Yes, because lard in a bag is very easy to cook, the recipe is so simple that only a lazy one will not cook it. Well, of course - it is very tasty.
- lard pork with meat layer - 1300 grams;
- salt - 2 tablespoons;
- garlic - 1 whole head;
- a mixture of peppers - 1 teaspoon;
- allspice - 10 pieces;
- paprika - 0.5 teaspoon.

- A piece of fat weighing 1300 grams is quite weighty: and not every housewife has such a large saucepan that the fat is completely immersed in it. Therefore, we will cut the fat into four parts: first along, and then another two parts. We got four pieces. Then we wash the lard, dry it and scrape the skin with a knife to make it light.
- Rub each piece of bacon with salt: do not spare it - more than necessary, bacon does not absorb salt.
- We do the same with a mixture of peppers and paprika. Remember to grease all sides of the bacon. By the way, to grease lard you can take any spices and herbs that you only love.
- The next step in the preparation of our delicious fat will be packing it in a bag. I want to draw your attention to the fact that we use a package, not a baking sleeve. In principle, you can even use a plastic bag.
- Pepper and salted fat is best divided into two packets. Add peeled garlic and allspice to each bag. Cut the garlic into slices. Lovers of lavrushki can add a few leaves.
- We tightly wrap bags of bacon and put them on top of the bag: so that juice does not flow out during cooking.
- We put pieces of lard in a saucepan and fill it with water so that the lard in the bags was completely covered. But the fat pops up: therefore, on top of it we put a plate - as oppression.
- Put a saucepan with lard on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 1.5 hours. Fire must be reduced to a minimum.
- We take out boiled fat from water and leave it in bags until it cools completely. As soon as it cools, we send it to the refrigerator for 4-5 hours. Again: we do not remove packets.
- The time for filing has come. Salo unfolded, removed with a knife garlic and fat. And now the long-awaited moment has come: we cut the fat into thin slices and ... savor it.
