- onions - 2 pieces;
- cream cheese - 50 grams;
- fresh parsley;
- boiled chicken - 300 grams;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.

- broth (in which meat was cooked) - 500 milliliters;
- wheat flour - 260 grams;
- salt to taste.
For breading:
- wheat flour - 150 grams;
- chicken egg - 2 pieces;
- breadcrumbs - 150 grams.
Tender chicken croquettes. Step by step recipe
- To prepare the dough, we need a saucepan.
- Pour the broth into the prepared pan, add the butter and send to the stove.
- The contents of the pan are brought to a boil.
- As soon as the broth boils, turn off the fire, immediately add the flour and knead the dough for croquettes.
- We transfer the finished dough into a separate container.
- Cover the container with the dough with cling film and leave: let it cool.
- Onions (according to the recipe) are peeled, washed and finely chopped with a knife.
- My fresh parsley is chopped and finely chopped.
- Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan and send to the stove to warm up.
- Sliced onion is sent to the heated oil and fry it until soft.
- For the filling, we need boiled chicken. We cut the boiled meat into strips.
