  1. To prepare the dough, we need a saucepan.
  2. Pour the broth into the prepared pan, add the butter and send to the stove.
  3. The contents of the pan are brought to a boil.
  4. As soon as the broth boils, turn off the fire, immediately add the flour and knead the dough for croquettes.
  5. We transfer the finished dough into a separate container.
  6. Cover the container with the dough with cling film and leave: let it cool.
  7. Onions (according to the recipe) are peeled, washed and finely chopped with a knife.
