  1. Chicken fillet, lard and pork are passed through a meat grinder.
  2. Put everything in a bowl and add our spices. Stir.
  3. We send it to the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  4. Bell pepper very, very finely chopped into cubes.
  5. Add the bell pepper to the chilled minced meat and mix well.
