- To prepare a tender milk chicken, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Tip: it is very good to use fresh chicken meat, not frozen.
- Sliced chicken fillet in a deep bowl.
- Add starch to the meat container (according to the recipe), and mix everything well so that each piece of meat is in the starch.
- To prepare a tender chicken, we need a frying pan: we send it to the stove.
- Put the butter in the prepared pan.
- Put the chicken in starch into the heated oil and fry them until golden.
- As soon as the chicken acquires a soft golden crust, add tender cream cheese to the pan to the meat and mix well.

- Finely chop two cloves of garlic with a knife and send it to the pan to the chicken.
- Fresh green dill is well washed, finely chopped with a knife.

- Add salt and spices to taste.
- Pour the whole contents of the pan with milk, mix everything again and let it boil a little to thicken the milk sauce.
- Tip: for the most tender chicken, instead of milk, you can use cream, the fat content of which is 10%.
