  1. To prepare a tender milk chicken, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
  2. Tip: it is very good to use fresh chicken meat, not frozen.
  3. Sliced ​​chicken fillet in a deep bowl.
  4. Add starch to the meat container (according to the recipe), and mix everything well so that each piece of meat is in the starch.
  5. To prepare a tender chicken, we need a frying pan: we send it to the stove.
  6. Put the butter in the prepared pan.
