  • dry shiitake - 80 grams;
  • champignon mushrooms - 250 grams;
  • red onion - 1 piece;
  • teriyaki sauce - 80 milliliters;
  • olive oil - 70 millimeters.

  1. Cut the fillet into pieces 2 centimeters wide, beat off, make chops.
  2. Put the fillet in a bowl and pour teriyaki sauce for marinating for 20 minutes.
  3. Soak the shiitake for 15 minutes, pour the water into a glass, do not pour. Cut the shiitake.
  4. Mushrooms cut into slices.
  5. Put the fillet on a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown in oil.
  6. Remove from heat and put on a plate.
