My neighbor gets the juiciest chicken breast cooked in the oven I have ever tried.   • For the preparation of this dish, it is better to take chicken breast with a two-lobster: on a bone with a skin.
  • Cooking chicken marinade. To do this, add spices to fat sour cream or mayonnaise (or even a mixture of both): dried granulated garlic, Caucasian seasoning “Hops Suneli”, a pinch of salt to taste. You can add the spices that you like.
  • On the surface of the chicken breast, make small incisions, and generously grease the chicken with spices marinade.
  • We wrap the chicken breast in a plastic bag, carefully close it and send it to the refrigerator for 8 hours (or even better - at night) so that the chicken is well soaked.
  • We transfer the pickled chicken breast to a baking dish or baking sheet, and bake in the oven: the first 15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue to bake another 25-35 minutes - until fully cooked.
  • Ready-made baked breast has a very beautiful appearance, exudes an incredibly appetizing aroma: in addition, it is very tender and very juicy meat.

  • You can choose the breast, as in the previous recipe: large, on the ridge and preferably with the skin - because when baked, the peel gives a wonderful look and additional taste and juiciness to the meat.
  • So, we wash the washed and dried chicken with marinade. For the marinade, you need to take a few tablespoons of soy sauce, two tablespoons of mustard with grains and one spoon of ordinary mustard. Add two tablespoons of honey. Salting the marinade is not necessary, as soy sauce has a salty flavor. Add three cloves of finely chopped garlic and a quarter of a pod of chopped hot red pepper.
  • Stir the sauce and water the chicken well from all sides.
  • We pack the chicken breast in a baking sleeve and send it to bake in the oven, heated to 200 degrees: until fully cooked.

You can cook a tender chicken in kefir marinade.

    • For it, you need to choose kefir 3% fat (approximately 300 milliliters), season with black pepper, put a few sprigs of rosemary, add the nutmeg in crushed form.
    • Peel and grate two onions or grind in a blender. Transfer to a container of kefir and salt well.
    • With this marinade, you need to pour the chicken fillet, cover and leave to marinate for 6-8 hours in a cold place.
    • The pickled chicken breast must be put in the baking sleeve and sent to the oven until cooked.

    Chicken meat with sauces will be very tasty: for example, horseradish, avocado sauce or sweet and sour with pineapple.

    • For the first sauce, you need to wash and clean the horseradish, grate it on a fine grater and season with red beet juice, then salt, add a few tablespoons of sour cream and a third of a teaspoon of lemon juice. Dry the walnut kernels, about half a glass, to dry in the oven, remove as thin a peel as possible and beat in a blender until a pasty state.     • For avocado sauce, peel the fruit, remove the nucleolus and cut in half. Cut one part of the avocado into small pieces, and the other - kill in a blender.
