The Kiev's cutlets

  1. Mix butter with dill, form a kind of sausage and put in the freezer.
  2. Discard the chicken fillet and give it the shape of a pear. Be sure to salt, pepper and in the middle of the fillet lay a slice of frozen oil with dill.
  3. Carefully wrap the fillet and lay down with the seam down.
  4. Prepare two bowls: in one beat the egg, in the second pour the breadcrumbs.
  5. First dip the cutlet in the egg, then again I crackers, again in the egg and again in the crackers. We make double breading.
  6. Pour a large amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan with high sides and deep-fry the cutlet, turning from different sides until completely cooked.
