  1. To begin with, cut the meat in not too thick pieces, cover the cut piece with cling film and carefully beat off on both sides.
  2. It turns out a large piece of meat, it needs to be cut in half. Then the meat fingers will be more accurate, but you can make them larger if you wish.
  3. Tip. To make meat fingers cook faster, beat meat thinner.
  4. Next, add all the pieces of meat and pepper on both sides. We cover the bowl with meat with cling film and proceed to the preparation of the filling.
  5. Prepare the onion: peel it from the husk, wash it and cut into small cubes.

  14. Prepare the sauce. In a preheated pan, send a piece of butter, melt it, add flour and lightly fry it in butter until a light brown color, stirring all the time.
  15. Add the water to the fried flour, reduce the heat, put the bay leaf, anise, allspice, coriander and grated nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients and add some salt.
  16. We take out the fingers from the oven and pour the juice from the meat into the sauce, mix, taste, add the missing ingredients if necessary.
