If you do not have much time, but want dumplings, then this cooking option is sure to be to your taste. And I want to note that the filling is incredibly juicy. And what a dough, but appearance! Let's try to cook.



  • egg - 3 pieces;
  • vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
  • flour - 1.5 cups;
  • salt.

For filling:

  • 300 grams of cottage cheese;
  • hard cheese - 50 grams;
  • 4 yolks;
  • salt / pepper / basil to taste.

Tasty dumpling. Step by step recipe

  1. Prepare the dough for dumplings with cottage cheese. Beat eggs with vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, mix. Add the flour and knead the cool dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling from the cottage cheese: for this, grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or just mash it with a fork, add the grated cheese, chopped basil. Salt, pepper, mix.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 parts (in total we get 4 dumplings). Roll out each part, you should get a circle with a diameter of 17 cm.
  5. Put the filling in one piece, form a small slide, in the middle of which pour the yolk.
  6. Cover with the second part of the dough, pinch the edges.
  7. Boil dumplings in salted water, in turn. Cook for 5-7 minutes each.

Grease the prepared dumpling with cheese or butter or pour over the melted one.
