- egg - 3 pieces;
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- flour - 1.5 cups;
- 300 grams of cottage cheese;
- hard cheese - 50 grams;
- 4 yolks;
- salt / pepper / basil to taste.
Tasty dumpling. Step by step recipe
- Prepare the dough for dumplings with cottage cheese. Beat eggs with vegetable oil, a pinch of salt, mix. Add the flour and knead the cool dough.
- Let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the filling from the cottage cheese: for this, grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or just mash it with a fork, add the grated cheese, chopped basil. Salt, pepper, mix.
- Divide the dough into 8 parts (in total we get 4 dumplings). Roll out each part, you should get a circle with a diameter of 17 cm.
- Put the filling in one piece, form a small slide, in the middle of which pour the yolk.
- Cover with the second part of the dough, pinch the edges.
- Boil dumplings in salted water, in turn. Cook for 5-7 minutes each.
