Ingredients:

  • turkey fillet - 900 grams;
  • ham - 100 grams;
  • canned pineapple - 150 grams;
  • hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • honey - 50 grams;
  • white wine - 50 grams;
  • orange juice - 50 grams;
  • salt, pepper, season to taste.

  1. Notch a turkey in length at a distance of several centimeters.
  2. Cut the ham into slices and put the pineapple in these cuts on the turkey.
  3. We make the sauce in order to water the meat. Honey, wine, orange juice, salt and season. Mix.
  4. We preheat the oven at 170 degrees, put the turkey on a baking sheet and pour the sauce, grind with grated cheese on top.
