Turkey meatballs with cream cheese sauce

An easy diet dish that quickly cooks and is eaten at lightning speed! Turkey meat is very tasty and, most importantly, dietary and healthy. Cooking from it is quick and easy. Meet me! Meatballs from turkey with cream cheese sauce! Drooling from the name alone, isn't it?

Ingredients:

  • minced turkey - 500 grams;
  • hard cheese (cheddar, Dutch) - 200 grams;
  • cream (fat content 1.5%) - 1.5 cups;
  • eggs - 1 pc;
  • butter - 150 grams;
  • long loaf - several slices;
  • salt, pepper, curry to taste
  • garlic - 1 clove

Turkey meatballs with cream cheese sauce. Step by step recipe

  1. Pre-soak a few slices of long loaf in cream.
  2. Mix the minced meat with egg, salt, pepper, add a pinch of curry, chopped garlic.
  3. Add the loaf soaked in cream to the forcemeat, mix everything thoroughly. Next, form neat balls.
  4. Fry mitballs in sunflower oil until golden brown. After frying, put our balls in a frying pan (or stewpan).
  5. In a separate frying pan or small pan, prepare the sauce: add a little sunflower oil to the cream and put on a small fire. Gently start adding pre-grated cheese, stirring the sauce constantly. The sauce will be finally ready when its mass is homogeneous and without lumps.
  6. We return to the pan with mitballs - fill them with the resulting sauce and leave to simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.
