- We wash the beef liver well, clean it from the film and remove the bile ducts. Soak in milk. We will prepare vegetables at this time.

- We cut onions into thin half rings.

- Tip. How to check the semi-readiness of the liver? We take a piece, break it: if the inside of the liver is pinkish, then it has reached the desired degree of readiness.
- At this moment, put the tomatoes in a pan, and fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes: until the liver is ready.
- Turn off the heat, pour the soy sauce in the pan, add the garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
